| Topic: "The Kingdom vs. A Religion" |

By Mark Simpson I think that if we could understand that God never intended for man to receive a religion but rather a kingdom; this would make a great difference in how we look at Jesus, our world and our purpose in life. I would like to encourage believers to understand that there is actually a living man, with real flesh and bone, yet gloriously transfigured, having scars, wounds from a crucifixion who rules as a Supreme King. There can be no kingdom without a real King...this is no figure head or myth. a man, the God-man will be revealed from the heavenly realms and display his true glory, authority and wealth as a King. This King has an army, a government and an economy. He has ambassadors who carry his orders to the nations and who announce his soon return. He has deputized we who believe Him, believe who he is, to share a portion of his dominion on this earth and in the new earth to come. Come establish your kingdom on this earth Lord Jesus. |
